Changing the name of this department from Training and Education to Training and Standardization is meant to enhance the follow-through of all our programs and requirements at state level. At times, a breakdown happens with lack of follow-through, as in what we do with the information that is learned. Why do so many members who are in charge of a program, or a report, never received the correct or current details?
The answer is that it was not shared in its completed form with all of the membership who are responsible for completing the required tasks (or we just didn’t read the directions).
