ASAP (Aid and Support After Pregnancy)

This is a Supreme Faith in Action program in the Life category that is designed to encourage
councils to provide monetary support to pregnancy centers and maternity homes. Pregnancy
centers provide material aid, education, and emotional support throughout pregnancy,
referring women also for other resources in the community, and many are able to continue
support of mother and child for up to 3 years. When a council donates $500, $1000, $1500, or
$2000 to a pregnancy center or maternity home in a fiscal year, Supreme will provide a $100
grant to each supported entity for every $500 donated, up to $400 for each in a fiscal year.

Ultrasound Initiative

This is a Supreme Faith in Action program in the Life category that is designed to facilitate
placement of ultrasound machines in pregnancy centers. When women see the baby growing
inside them, it translates a positive pregnancy test into reality for the woman that she is a
mother. The pregnancy centers then offer help to meet all the needs a woman has in her life
situation so she can have a healthy baby. State-of-the-art ultrasound machines are needed to
replace aged machines needing repairs at an established location, to establish a new location,
and to outfit a new mobile unit. To support a new ultrasound machine, the council must raise
50% of the needed funds and Supreme grants the other 50% to complete the purchase.

ACE Wings Program

This is a State administered program designed to help with formation of Knights into men
whose charitable acts reflect their respect for the life and dignity of every person. The acronym
A-C-E stands for Pro-Life without Apology, without Compromise and without Exception. Every
council officer and director should be qualified to wear the ACE Wings. When we wear the pin
we are proclaiming that we respect the life and dignity of every person in all stages and
conditions of life from conception to natural death. The Grand Knight and Life Director should
encourage the men, plan events, and inform of off-campus events for men in the council.

Supreme Life Programs

Our obedience to the commandment of loving one another is fulfilled through our charitable
works, which are motivated by respect for the life and dignity of every person from conception.
Plan to do as many of the Supreme Life programs as is feasible, and support pro-life activities.
