All Councils sponsoring district free throw winners must be current on State Per Capita.
All competitors must register using the official Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship entry/Score Sheet (#1598).
Proof of age must accompany all entry forms (copy of birth certificate/passport) - no exceptions.
