Felipe de Jesus Picon, brother of DD 77 Juan Picon, passed away Sep 6. His viewing is Wednesday Sep 13 at Texas Funeral Home, 2702 Castroville Road, San Antonio from 4 – 9 PM with Rosary at 7 PM. Burial is Thursday at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 9:45 AM. A procession from the funeral home, escorted by police, will start with line up from 8-8:30 AM.
